PURCHASING – SHIPPING – PAYMENT GUIDELINES
GENERAL PRINCIPLES
  • You do not need to sign in to become a member la-littleartist.com to shop on our website. However, you should follow as a member to receive more promotions and gifts from us.
  • Products purchased and sold on www.la-littleartist.com are permitted by law and are not in the category of products banned from trading or advertising in accordance with law.
  • Customers buying our products could pay by sending a order email to us  or pay to the forwarder we specify.
  • We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove any part of these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes come into effect as soon as they are posted on hanoia.com without prior notice
TRANSACTION PROCESS
  • Step 1: Access the homepage www.la-littleartist.com and enter the product name to search. View detailed product information you want to buy.
  • Step 2: Go to product detail page, select “Add to cart”.
  • Step 3: Go to cart page, fill in purchase information.
  • Step 4: Choose payment method and proceed with payment.
  • Step 5: Check the order information in the confirmation email.
  • Step 6: Check the products upon receipt
PAYMENT POLICY
You can choose 1 of 2 payment methods as follows:
  • Online payment: You pay online via Onepay payment gateway by domestic or international credit / debit card / paypal or just simply send an order email to us through website
  • Bank transfer payment: You can send an email to us for asking payment methods, and finish the payment after then.
DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT PROCESS
  • Step 1: After you place your order, we will confirm your order and send the order to the delivery department.
  • Step 2:  For Orders Domestic: Delivery department receives products from warehouse and assigns staff to deliver to the address you provide. This whole process will take from 01 – 07 working days, not including Saturday – Sunday (depending on your location).
For International Orders: We will check with our international shipping partner and get back to the customer with estimated delivery time and fee. As the customer confirms and pays for the shipment fee, we will send the package to the delivery partner and send the tracking code to the customer.
Note: Please check the contents of the package carefully with the delivery staff. If the customer does not check the package along with the delivery staff, lalittleartist will not solve exchange / return requests as well as complaints if there is any.
